Terms of Service

Welcome to "CyberWill" provided by Cupify ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

CyberWill is an AI-based relationship guidance and information assistance tool. Outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, medical, mental health, investment, or other professional advice.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Paid features are offered via subscription. Billing interval and price are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

Unless required by applicable law, fees for activated digital services are non-refundable.

If there is duplicate billing, payment error, or material failure to deliver core service, contact support within a reasonable period and we will review and handle in accordance with law.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to payment-processor timelines.

To provide and improve the service, we may process account identifiers, device and log information, content you submit, and subscription/payment status.

We process data for authentication, service delivery, billing operations, security, troubleshooting, analytics, and product improvement.

We may share minimal necessary data with infrastructure providers (for example cloud, payments, logging, and monitoring) under data-protection obligations.

We do not sell personal data to unrelated third parties unless required by law or authorized by you.

You must not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, harassment, fraud, infringement, or attempts to interfere with system integrity.

The service, software, interface, content, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse them outside permitted use.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is capped at amounts paid by you for the service in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue service features for operational, legal, or security reasons. We may restrict access if these Terms are materially violated.

Subject to mandatory local consumer law, these Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes shall be resolved by competent courts in Singapore unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
